Historic Paris, Ontario is located where the Nith River meets the Grand River in Brant County. Paris is conveniently situated on Highway 403 just over an hour drive from Toronto and from the US border. The location is ideal for both traveling and commuting. The community is perfectly positioned for those who want to get out of the city, while keeping Toronto and the surrounding US border cities easily accessible.
Paris has been voted “the Prettiest Little Town in Canada” by Harrowsmith Magazine. The quaint town has all of the amenities you need, while remaining a warm, close-knit community that families love. There are downtown shops to enjoy, award-winning restaurants, excellent schools, and nature to explore.
One of the most beautiful features of Paris is the Grand River. You can take a leisurely stroll along the river's edge, stop for a picnic, or rent a canoe or kayak to explore the calm waters. The river offers a stunning backdrop for photos and is a great place to unwind.

A short 15-minute drive outside of Paris lies the place where the telephone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell at Bell Homestead. Alexander Graham Bell made the first long-distance phone call from his home to Paris.

The Paris Museum and Historical Society is a must-visit for history buffs. You can take a guided tour to learn about Paris's rich history, from its early settlement to its role in the War of 1812. The museum also has a collection of artifacts that showcase the town's industrial and agricultural heritage.
Nith River Sensory Trail
Two rivers meet in Paris, the Grand and the Nith. Thus, Penman's Dam was built in 1918 for hydroelectric power use. It's a great palace for a picnic, and a boardwalk follows the river that leads to the palace where canoes and kayaks launch and land.

Joe
Joe is the CEO and owner of Carnaby Homes. He has been building homes for 30 years and is truly passionate about providing families with exceptional homes. Joe’s passion and drive is obvious to everyone he meets. He ensures that no corners are ever cut on a Carnaby Home and sees each home through to completion.
Eugene
Eugene is the team’s architectural designer. His knowledge of engineering, as well as his inspirational creativity, make him an expert in his craft. He designs the floor plans for all of our designer homes and consults with each of our clients to make personalized recommendations for their family.
Our Inspiration.
We were tired of cookie cutter homes, so our team custom designed luxury floor plans that break the mold. Carnaby floor plans are inspired by real life needs.
